Contact Sukhsimranjit (Sukh) Singh LL.M.

Sukh practices and trains in dispute resolution. He is Acting Director of the Center for Dispute Resolution at Willamette University College of Law. He teaches arbitration, cross-cultural dispute resolution, advanced negotiation, mediation advocacy and business negotiations.

Sukh has mediated cases in the United States and India. He has served clients in family, public-sector, commercial and cross-cultural matters. In 2013, Sukh consulted with the State of Oregon and Indian Judiciary for cross-cultural trainings. With a passion for cross-cultural decision-making, he has lectured and trained lawyers and law students in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Sukh is an Honorary Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, a Council Member to the Section of Dispute Resolution at the American Bar Association and has served as a Board Member of the Oregon Mediation Association. He was a Commissioner with the Human Rights and Relations Advisory Commission, City of Salem. He holds an LL.M., Dispute Resolution from University of Missouri-Columbia.
