Description of Practice
Natasha Chesler is a trained, experienced, and talented neutral specializing in employment law matters of all kinds, including disputes involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, California wage and hour issues (including class actions and PAGA actions), and also ADA actions.
Natasha Chesler began her practice in employment law as an associate at O'Melveny & Myers, representing corporate defendants in high stakes litigation. Thereafter, Ms. Chesler began her own practice representing primarily employees in employment litigation. Ms. Chesler, however, continues to represent both employees and employers, which gives her a unique perspective both in litigation and mediation.
Ms. Chesler has had extensive mediation training through the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law, the United States District Court, and other organizations. Ms. Chesler has also served as a volunteer mediator at the Los Angeles Superior Court and is currently on the panel of mediators for the Federal Court, Central District of California.

Ms. Chesler is a natural problem solver who uses patience, persistence, and creativity to achieve resolutions. Her strengths include her ability to absorb, analyze, and distill complex matters, to deal with difficult parties, and to resolve emotionally charged disputes. Ms. Chesler will not give up - including following up without charge on the occasions a matter does not settle at the mediation.
