Ms. Perry specializes in mediation for couples and families and serves as an experienced neutral in all aspects of the alternative dispute resolution process. Her enlistment in the U.S. Army as a military police woman during the height of the Gulf War is what prompted her interest in resolving conflict.

Ms. Perry offers specialized private mediations in relationship and family disputes. As a third-party neutral with a background as both a service member and a dependent, Ms. Perry specializes in military divorce, separation, deployment planning, military family care plans (DoD Directive 1342.17), parenting plans, support issues, visitation, financial issues and pensions.

With exceptional mediation skills, knowledge of conflict systems, and understanding of complex family issues, Ms. Perry’s background has provided her with specialized tools in managing complex interpersonal disputes among individuals and service members.

Professional Background

Ms. Perry is a graduate of George Mason University with a M.S. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution with an emphasis in marital conflict. She has over twenty years of mediation experience in both the public and private sector in the resolution of equal opportunity, employment, and labor/management disputes. Ms. Perry is also successful in the design of micro and macro resolution systems to identify and manage disputes.
