Mr. Finkbeiner specializes in all matters of family law, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, domestic partnership agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, and more.

Mr. Finkbeiner is currently the chair-elect of the San Diego County Bar association’s certified family law specialist committee and has served as an elected member of the same since 2012. He is also a frequent lecturer in the area of family law. Previous speaking engagements include the San Diego County Bar Association, legal commentator on Fox 5 San Diego (kswb-tv), and guest lecturer at California Western School of Law. Finkbeiner served as chairperson of the San Diego County Bar association’s lawyer referral and information service from 2007 to 2011.
